Good value, minor scheduling hiccup

I used HomeBoost for a Home Energy Audit last month. The auditor was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed Energy Savings Report. I felt the price was fair, especially after getting the utility rebate. Scheduling was a bit slow; it took a few calls to nail down a time that worked, but once set, everything went smoothly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and the recommendations.

Fantastic service!

I had a Virtual Home Energy Audit and it was so easy! The auditor walked me through everything on video call, and the recommendations were clear. I learned so much about where my house was losing energy. Definitely using HomeBoost again for future needs. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to save on energy bills!

Comprehensive assessment, great support

My experience with HomeBoost for a BPI-certified Energy Assessment was positive overall. The scheduling process through their platform was straightforward, and I received timely confirmations. The auditor arrived on time and performed a thorough Blower Door Test and Thermal Imaging Inspection. He explained each step and answered all my questions, which I appreciated. The Energy Efficiency Roadmap I received a few days later was very detailed, outlining specific Weatherization Recommendations and potential savings. I even called their customer service line with a question about a rebate after the assessment, and they were quite helpful and responsive, guiding me through the process. It took about 4 days to get the final report, which was a reasonable turnaround.
